Overview
Self-catering apartment, Greenpoint, Cape Town. Within a few minutes walk from the V & A Waterfront. Conveniently situated minutes away from the Cape Town Stadium. Close to restaurants, bars, beaches and the City Centre.
About the apartment
The apartment sleeps 2 adults, ideally a couple, as there is one queen size bed available. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering.
The apartment is non-smoking, please.
There is a secure parking bay and 24 hour security. There is also a safe in the room.
From the balcony you can view the harbour and the V & A Waterfront on one side and Signal Hill on the other.
No pets are allowed.
Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards. Payment is taken by a 50% deposit into our bank account and the balance by EFT or cash on arrival.
Bed area
In the apartment is a queen size bed. All linen is provided.
Living area
The living area is fully equipped with a DVD player, mini hi-fi and TV. An iron and ironing board is available.
Bathroom
The bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower over bath. Towels are provided.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, including, to name but a few, the microwave, conventional stove with 2 plates, fridge, toaster, kitchen utensils, etc, etc.
Cleaning services
We do not provide you with a daily cleaning service, but leave you with sufficient cleaning materials for the duration of your stay. Fresh linen is provided on longer stays. Should you wish for a maid to clean while you are at the apartment, which can be arranged via Marvelous Maids. The cost thereof is for your own account.
Airport Transfers
We do not provide airport transfers ourselves, but work with a company that does just that. We would gladly assist, should you wish to make use of a transfer.
General
We will gladly assist in stocking the apartment before your arrival on a re-imbursement basis.
Outdoor activities
The V&A Waterfront is famous for its exclusive shops and boutiques, amongst others. The trendy Cape Quarter is less than one kilometer away. Other shopping centres within a short drive include Canal Walk.
Our nearest beach is Sea Point, with a lovely promenade to go for a stroll after lunch or to watch the sun set. For the more energetic, it is very popular as a jogging stretch. Other famous beaches in the area are Camps Bay and Clifton, with Hout Bay a little bit further in the same direction. While in Hout Bay, enjoy a piece of fresh seafood and take a drive along Chapmans Peak, to Cape Point. On the other side of the peninsula, you will come across the (equally famous) beaches of Simons Town and Fishhoek.
Nearby attractions and entertainment within a short drive, include golf courses, spas, casino at Grandwest, fishing and horse riding. We will gladly supply you with more details of the above, should you so require.
The local Virgin Active Gym and Health Club is situated about 10 minutes from the apartment. If you are a national member already, please bring along your membership card. Otherwise you can make use of their facilities at a nominal fee.
Table Mountain, as well as Signal Hill and Lions Head, offers various excellent hiking trails, from beginners to experienced.
The Cape Winelands of Stellenbosch, Paarl and Constantia is about 45 minutes from the apartment.

Rates are charged for the apartment, and not per person. Minimum stay of 5 nights in peak season apply. Please see our Rates & Specials page for more details.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
- Cancellation 0 - 7 days before date of arrival, or no-show, full value of booking due
- Cancellation 7 - 21 days before date of arrival, visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 50% of full quote value (whichever greater)
- Cancellation 21 - 28 days before date of arrival, visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid
- Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival, a R250 admin fee be charged
Directions
From the N1/N2 highway, keep on driving straight into town until you reach Somerset Road, third traffic light. Turn right into Somerset Road. Keep traveling for 1.1km until you reach Vesperdene Road on your left, just before ‘Mano’s’ restaurant and ‘Toys R Us’. Turn left into Vesperdene Road. You will see Cascades on your right.
